DVARAKOS frozen pancakes with vegetable and cheese filling

The rolls are frozen immediately after making, so they retain their fresh taste.
Always have the perfect lunch or dinner at hand.
Simple and quick to prepare.

Instructions for cooking liquid pancakes:

1. Add your favorite oil or ghee to the pan and place it on the stovetop.
2. Once the oil or ghee is hot, remove the frozen pancakes from the freezer and place them in the pan.
3. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for 20 minutes until nicely browned.
4. Serve the baked pancakes with natural sour cream.

(Vegetable and cheese filling) Ingredients: dough 45% (SPELL flour, MILK (3.5%), drinking water, butter (83%), icing sugar, iodized salt, turmeric), vegetable and cheese filling 55% (stewed carrots, stewed celery, fermented cheese (45%), COOKIE cheese (22%), black cumin seeds, sunflower oil, ground fragrant ferula, black pepper). Average nutritional value of 100 g of product: energy value – 712 kj / 170 kcal; fat 8.4 g, of which saturated fatty acids 3.7 g, carbohydrates 16.2 g, of which sugars 2.4 g, protein 7.4 g, salt 0.49 g.
