Ayurvedic massage oil MAHANARAYAN reduces tension and stiffness in body tissues. The valuable oils of black mustard seed, wintergreen, cajeput, clove, Ceylon cinnamon and Himalayan cedar, as well as an effective blend of more than three dozen plant extracts and essential oils from Ayurvedic herbs such as gokshura, ashwagandha, ginger, black pepper, Coptic cumin and mint, provide relief, regeneration and refreshment to the entire body.

Traditional Ayurvedic Mahanarayan oil, called the "oil of eternal life", is suitable for full-body massage. It stimulates intense blood circulation in the skin and warms the body's tissues. It reduces the feeling of fatigue and tension in tense muscles, back, limbs and joints. It is a great companion for yoga and fitness, when doing sports, exercising or recovering.

Instructions for use: Remove the seal under the cap. Place the bottle in warm water, let the oil warm up to a comfortable body temperature and massage it gently but thoroughly into the tissues of the affected area in circular motions. Apply at least 3 times a week for 5-10 minutes for 3-6 months. Mahanarayan oil is suitable for full body massage for relaxation and general recovery, as part of the Abhyanga procedure. Do not use on the face as a facial oil! After the massage, let the oil absorb for 15 minutes and then wash off with warm water.
