Abhjanga – a home massage with warm Ayurvedic oil – is an integral part of traditional Ayurvedic care, aimed at maintaining psychosomatic health and the balance of the three vital bioenergies – vata, pitta and kapha. It is applied at home to the whole body for at least 15 minutes. Regular self-massage regenerates and rejuvenates the skin, reduces the feeling of tension and stress, contributes to physical and mental health, helps improve sleep quality, stimulates blood circulation and the lymphatic system, has a beneficial effect on joint functions and stimulates vitality.

Instructions for use: Remove the protective cap. Place the bottle in warm water, let the oil warm up to a comfortable body temperature and apply to the skin. Using circular movements, gently and thoroughly massage first the hands and feet, then the legs and joints, then the abdomen and chest, and finally the shoulders, neck, face, head and lumbar spine. Let the oil absorb for about 15 minutes, then wash off with warm water.
