Preparation: For a healthy and tasty drink, mix 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) of the finely ground mixture with 250 ml of warm water. Add a few drops of lemon and honey to taste. One 100 g package contains 50 cups of hot drink. The mixture can also be added to smoothies and fresh juices.
