Everest Ayurveda, Stomach Detox & Acidity

This Ayurvedic cleansing procedure is suitable for detoxifying the stomach when there is increased acidity, which manifests itself as irritation of the esophagus (heartburn), belching, anorexia, indigestion and nausea or vomiting. Increased acidity of the digestive system is caused by improper food combinations; consumption of spicy, sour and astringent foods and liquids, including alcohol. In case of acute irritation, use the combination of preparations according to your needs for several days. Approved Ayurvedic herbal combinations maintain the alkalinity of the body. In case of long-term problems, use for one month in conjunction with a diet regimen.

Preparation

Ayurvedic tea: Boil one teaspoon of herbal mixture (about 2 g) for 3-5 minutes or pour 250 ml of boiling water and let it steep for 10 minutes.
Ayurvedic Elixir: Take 1 teaspoon (5 g/teaspoon) 2-3 times a day or with a cup of lukewarm milk or water. To prepare a delicious drink, mix 1 teaspoon (5 g) with 250 ml of warm water.
Ayurvedic drink: For a healthy and delicious drink, mix 1 teaspoon (about 2 g) of finely ground herbal mixture with 250 ml of warm water and add honey to taste. The powder can also be added to smoothies and fresh juices.

Recommended dosage

Recommended dose of Ayurvedic tea: 2-3 cups per day.
Recommended dosage of Ayurvedic elixir: 1 teaspoon (5 g) 2-3 times a day.
Take in the morning on an empty stomach, during the day - 1 hour before meals and in the evening before bedtime.
Recommended dosage of Ayurvedic drink: 1 teaspoon (5 g) 2-3 times a day.
