A blend of excellent aroma and taste for seasoning ready-made snacks with pea flour and dishes with peas, beans, lentils, soy. Also suitable for flour products (pizza, pasta, sandwiches). No preservatives, no artificial colors, no flavor enhancers. 100% natural.
Recipe: Cauliflower baked in batter. Divide the cauliflower into large florets and boil. Add 2 cups of pea flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder and 2 teaspoons of PAKORA masala to a bowl. Stir constantly, adding 1 cup of cold water until a smooth, thick batter forms. Heat the melted butter or oil in a deep fryer over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and roll well. Scoop out one at a time from the batter and place in the hot oil until it covers the entire surface. Fry for a few minutes until the fritters are golden brown and crispy. Scoop out and leave to drain. Diced potatoes or sliced peppers can also be used instead of cauliflower.
