Ingredients: coriander, salt, dried mango, cumin, pomegranate seeds, chili pepper, rock salt, black pepper, fenugreek leaves, wrinkled melon, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, mustard , cardamom seeds, dried ginger, cumin, nutmeg shell powder.

Usage: Before frying or stewing, sprinkle a small amount of TAVA FRY seasoning on the dish.

Recipe: Oven-roasted vegetables. Pour a little oil on a baking sheet. Spread 2 teaspoons of TAVA FRY seasoning on it. Place the potatoes cut in half, large carrot slices and large eggplants on the sheet. Sprinkle the vegetables with salt. Start frying when the oven is preheated to 230 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes, until the potatoes are light brown.
